Vivian Graubard is the talent operations lead for Frontline Justice having recently served as a Senior Advisor at the White House Domestic Policy Council focusing on policy implementation. She was also the Technology, Strategy, and Delivery lead for the Department of Labor on the Biden-Harris Presidential Transition Team. Previously, Vivian was the Founding Director of the Public Interest Technology program at New America and helped launch their New Practice Lab.She was also a founding member of the United States Digital Service and a Senior Advisor at the Office of Science and Technology Policy. 

Vivian is a graduate of American University and has been named "Time's 30 People Under 30 Who Are Changing the World," "Forbes 30 under 30 in Law and Policy," and "Business Insider's Most Influential Women".
